Call For Speakers

We are looking for engaging and informative presentations that provide valuable insights to our audience. Please consider the following guidelines when submitting your session:

  • Theme Alignment:

    • Ensure your session directly relates to the conference theme, "No Algorithm Can Define You", and fits within one of the designated tracks.

    • We encourage proposals that explore how to lead with authenticity in an automated world, empowering attendees to define their own professional algorithms. This includes sharing the skills and knowledge necessary to master digital tools without losing the human-centered connections that drive career advancement and navigate change.

  • Content Expectations:

    • Sessions should be informative, engaging, and provide actionable takeaways.

    • We encourage interactive presentations that promote audience participation.

    • Sessions should focus on education and thought leadership.

    • Clearly define the learning objectives for your session.

  • Target Audience:

    • Our audience includes a wide-range of industry professionals including marketing and digital media, IT, technology enthusiasts, and thought leaders.

    • Please tailor your presentation to provide value to a diverse audience.

  • Originality:

    • Submissions should present original work or unique perspectives.

Tracks:

We are seeking in-person session proposals for presentations within the following tracks:

  • Keynote: Deliver a visionary presentation that inspires our audience to lead with authenticity and reclaim their agency in a world increasingly governed by automated logic.

  • The Original Source (Professional Development): Share strategies for enhancing the "unprogrammable" skills like intuition, high-trust leadership, and emotional intelligence needed to navigate the digital landscape and advance careers.

  • The Co-Pilot, Not the Captain (AI): Explore the latest advancements and ethical applications of artificial intelligence, focusing on how to harness these tools to amplify human creativity rather than replace it.

  • The Life-Hack Library (Tips, Tricks, & Tools): Provide high-impact, practical tutorials on the latest technologies and automation secrets that help professionals streamline operations and reclaim their time.

Session Format:

  • Sessions should be 45 minutes in length, including a Q&A period.

    • Sample Session Agenda - To ensure a high-quality experience for attendees, we recommend the following time distribution:

      • Introduction (05 Minutes): Welcome the audience, share your "why," and establish the core problem your session will solve.

      • The "Meat" / Core Content (25 Minutes): Dive into your main points, case studies, or demonstrations. We recommend focusing on 3 key takeaways.

      • Interactive Q&A (10 Minutes): Address audience questions. Pro-tip: Have one "seed" question ready to go in case the audience is shy!

      • Wrap-Up & Next Steps (05 Minutes): Summarize your final thoughts and provide resources or contact info for follow-up.

Submission Requirements:

  • Multiple Submissions:

    • Speakers may submit up to 3 session proposals.
