Raise the Barre & Refuel Event

Our DWKC member, certified barre instructor, and BarreMade_KC founder, Jill Groebl will lead us through a beginner-friendly outdoor barre class designed to fit real life.

Through simple, low-impact movements you can take anywhere, whether at home, at work, or on the go, you'll recharge your body and reconnect with your community. Barre Made's approachable style makes movement accessible for every fitness level, so come as you are and expect to leave feeling good.

Stay after class for networking and nutritious drinks provided by Energize OP Nutrition. Attire and Assessories: Activewear or comfortable clothing you can move in is encouraged. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. BarreMade_KC will have a few available at request. Please note: By registering for this event, attendees acknowledge that participation in physical activity involves inherent risk.
